NFT’s (non-fungible tokens) are unique and non-interchangeable digital items that are stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, which contains built-in authentication and serves as proof of ownership. Examples of NFTs are digital memorabilia, digital art, music, and in-game items.
E-NFT.com will offer a wide array of exclusive, one-of-a-kind NFTs. These will include but are not limited to: streamable music, animated art, and augmented reality collectibles. Each release will have markers that will indicate which category it falls under.
Aftering registering, you will be able to purchase an NFT with crypto currency or by debit/credit card, bank wire, or ACH (coming soon).
NFTs are listed on E-NFT.com in a reserve auction format. To participate in an E-NFT auction, you will need to submit a bid for the NFT you would like to purchase. You win the auction when you are the highest bidder, the countdown timer has expired, and when the reserve price has been met. Keep in mind that not all releases will be of the “auction” format, meaning that some will have a fixed price and/or availability limit.
If you are a registered user you can view any NFTs that you own by clicking the circle icon in the top right corner of every page. This will take you to your wallet where all owned assets appear. If this page is empty but you recently made a purchase, your NFT may be in a payment pending status. You can access your pending NFT’s by clicking on the “Past Purchases” tab in your wallet. This will show you assets that are waiting on a payment to clear. Please be aware that some payments (such as bank wires) can take longer to clear than others.

Accounts are created by completing the registration form. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your email address. Once verified, your account is officially created.
Wallets are automatically created upon registration. Simply fill out the registration form, verify your email and you are all set to collect NFTs. These wallets are only NFT wallets, that will hold your E-NFT assets. E-NFT assets can be transferred to any other wallet that supports NFTs. Metamask is the most common and recommended external wallet.
Once you purchase and own an NFT, it is yours to do what you’d like with. E-NFT.com has a secondary marketplace, where users can list NFTs purchased on the E-NFT platform for resale. You may also transfer your NFT to another platform/wallet, should you choose to (which will likely involve “gas” transfer fees). Please keep in mind that you will not be authorized to resell or transfer NFTs purchased on the E-NFT platform until after the initial bidding/purchase offer has ended and all original sales have been posted.
A “Streaming NFT” is an NFT that can be played directly through our web or mobile platform by streaming the data from its secured asset file. An example would be music tracks/albums.
To find NFTs you have purchased on the E-NFT platform, simply click on the “wallet” icon located on the upper right-hand area of the website. Alternatively, you can download the E-NFT app from the App Store or Google Play store.

On your profile page, click on the NFT that you would like to transfer. Click on the “Transfer NFT” button and enter the wallet address you would like to transfer to. The process may take some time depending on the congestion of the Ethereum or Polygon Network.
Please note that transferring an NFT to a 3rd party wallet will only be available once the transaction has cleared, and credit card payments specifically need a minimum of a week processing time before the NFT will be available to transfer.
Gas fees are like transaction fees on the Ethereum blockchain. You'll need enough ETH in your wallet for the initial transaction (transactions such as transfering crypto to another wallet or purchasing an NFT on certain platforms) and the associated gas fees. Many sites on the web track current gas prices for free. The E-NFT platform does not charge Ethereum gas fees for the initial purchase.
NFTs on the E-NFT platform are usually minted on the Ethereum network, however depending on the NFT they also could be minted on Matic/Polygon.
Fee amounts are dependent upon the method of payment. Credit cards have a merchant fee, bank wire’s typically have a bank fee, and Crypto transactions can have a gas fee or other fee to access the network. Additional fees could be a commission fee which is either paid to the artist, the platform or both. These fees are broken down in the checkout page.
On the login screen here will be a link for forgot password, following the prompts laid out should allow you to reset your password.
Absolutely, you can request a refund at any time, simply click the Help/Support link at the bottom of any page on E-NFT.com or send an email to [email protected] and the customer support staff will ensure your issue is taken care of.
You are not able to delete or burn an NFT purchased on E-NFT.com. These NFTs will be part of a collection and their existence is on a decentralized blockchain. If you no longer want an NFT you can always list it for sale on the Emmersive Marketplace or on a 3rd party marketplace.
If you are a registered user and own an E-NFT, you can re-list that NFT for sale on the Emmersive Marketplace. To list an NFT for sale first head to your E-NFT wallet in your user profile. Then click on an NFT edition you would like to list. The next page will be a list of all the NFTs you own in a given collection, there is a button next to each NFT that says “Sell”. Clicking on this button and following the prompts will then list the NFT for sale on the Emmersive Marketplace.
If you have an NFT that is listed on the Emmersive Marketplace you can track that NFT in the For Sale tab of your user profile. Under that tab simply click the remove listing button on the page next to the NFT you want to unlist. Click confirm and you should see the NFT reappear in your wallet.
Users may make payments using a variety of payment methods. Users can use Visa or Mastercard credit cards, bank wires, or cryptocurrencies.
A variety of cryptocurrencies are accepted including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash. Additionally you can log into or create a Coinbase account where you can remit payment directly from your account.
Please remember that there are varying transaction times for bank transfers and that credit card funds will be held for 7 days, as per our Terms of Service. Depending on if the payment has cleared, Emmersive cannot assist you in reversing any such transactions while in process. Please be careful when sending currencies via Coinbase Wallet as cryptocurrency transactions are generally not be reversible or refundable if the receiving address was not entered correctly.
